About Reiki

Reiki is based on the idea that there is a universal (or source) energy that supports the body’s innate healing abilities. Practitioners seek to access this energy allowing it to flow to the body and facilitate healing.

Reiki connects us with our own healing ability that each one of us has within ourselves. Life force energy flows into and through all of us When the flow is disrupted, this diminishes the life force energy. Whenever there is disease or illness there is a blockage in the flow of energy. Reiki opens up the energy flow which sets the healing process in motion.

Reiki is often performed on the chakras but may be applied to any area of the body.

Learn to Heal Yourself and Others

Reiki is traditionally taught in three degrees:

First Degree:

• Personal healing, connecting with yourself at a deeper level.

Second Degree:

• This level teaches you to send Reiki long distance, referred to as distant healing. Reiki level 2 is also called the practitioners course as you learn how to work with people, animals and heal the earth.

Third Degree (Reiki Master):

• This level includes learning how to teach Reiki to others, harmonizing all your previous work in level 1 and 2.
