    For facility planning: Note that the course fee includes your single room with 2 beds with another course participant. If you register late and we have an uneven number of participants, we cannot guarantee a roommate, so in that instance you would pay the extra supplement. Single occupancy rooms are available for an additional fee.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation and Transfer Policies: If an emergency occurs after you make your deposit so that it isn’t possible for you to attend, there are two options: a one time transfer of the deposit to the next training (minus a $100 admin fee) or request a partial refund of the deposit. Please submit any cancellation requests in writing. If you cancel six weeks or more before the training begins, all but 500 will be refunded. If you cancel between weeks 3 and 6, your deposit is not refundable. No refunds are possible after that unless someone is available to take your place in the program. If someone is available, all will be refunded except for the deposit.
